Automated QC System for Air Conditioning Manu.

According to the order from "Iran Air Conditioning Manufacturing Co.", Amaj Control Co. has designed the quality control system needed and installed it in the plant. This system includes a 20-meters tunnel with controlled environment needed for test process.

After stabilizing the air conditioning system when on, by a robotic system in the test tunnel, miscellaneous parameters such as temperature, cooling level, ventilation performance, current flow, thermostat normal functioning and proper operation at low voltages are tested and measured automatically. By use a computer system and a special software, quality control reports are produced at the same time that the product leaves the test tunnel. If there is any shortcoming or deviation from normal expectations, it is shown in reports.
